About

I’m Mika Kozma, a Design Director, and startup advisor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've been building websites, products, and businesses since 2001. Currently, I am the Co-Founder and Product Design Director at Roadster, leading the company’s creative team. My work includes UX Design, Product Design and Video Production efforts for the Roadster Platform. You can view sample of my most recent work here.

My personal mission is to tell stories through design and technology, and to build great products, great brands, and great teams behind them.

Since joining Roadster in 2013, I have played a key role in shaping the product and brand vision for the first true Automotive Commerce platform. I’ve led successful launches of all Roadster products including: Roadster.com, Roadster Express, Roadster Marketplace, and Roadster Trade-In, to name a few.

Prior to Roadster, I served as the Principal Designer and Design Manager at Wikia Inc., leading all creative efforts for Wikia.com and mobile applications. Earlier in my career I worked as Senior UX Designer at Flip, Motion Graphic Designer at Moving Picture Company in London, and a Designer at Singlebound Creative Agency.
